It would be a good idea to have to-do lists within fresh service, these would be manually created to manage tasks which may not be linked to a incident.
This feature means Fresh Service can be used to manage an agents workloads more effectively all within one system.

The mobile app has a 'To Do' section.
Still in the pipeline? 3 years now.
