Quick way to Edit a Ticket

Requesters send emails directly to the support system.  Most of the time the subject of their email is not very descriptive and requires editing.  It would be nice if I could right click on the ticket subject and get the options that are shown on the "more" drop-down; specifically the "Edit" feature without having to open the ticket; click on "more"; select "edit".
