And if you are going to outsource it get a different company I was transferred 7 times before the call was dropped. Which is very ironic for a company that creates help desk software.
I am so sorry for the bad experience with our Phone support. We are never like this and we treat all our customers alike. I guess there was some misunderstanding and caused up this confusion
BTW, we do have a Sales/Support Team in US/Canada and one of our Team mates, Meghan is trying to reach you from our US Office.
