A paid add-on starting February 5th, 2024
Available to purchase on the Pro and Enterprise plans
A flexi-add-on, that is, you can choose to purchase the add-on for a subset of agents in your service desk. Learn more about purchasing and managing licenses.

About legacy features
All legacy Freddy AI features will be packaged as a part of the paid Freddy AI add-ons.
For customers who signed up after November 10th
The following features should be purchased as a part of the add-on:
Ticket field suggester (Freddy Copilot)
Similar incident suggestions(Freddy Copilot)
Alert grouping (Freddy Insights)
For paid Enterprise plan customers who signed up before November 10th
You will continue to enjoy access to all Freddy features that are enabled as a part of your plan, except the features that will be deprecated. The following features will continue to be available for you:
- Alert grouping - For Pro and Enterprise plan customers
- Ticket field suggester and similar incident suggestions - For Enterprise plan customers
Note: Solution article suggestions and canned response suggestions will be deprecated in May, 2024.
About Freddy Insights
When you purchase at least 1 Freddy copilot add-on license, you will get access to Freddy Insights beta at the account level (for all agents). The Admin can still control the Insights availability through Admin settings/ permissions.
Note: This free access is applicable only while Freddy Insights is in Beta.
Important dates to note
January 24th, 2024 - You can start purchasing the add-on from within the product.
February 5th, 2024 - You will lose access to the free beta and Freddy Copilot will become a paid add-on starting from this date.
