To install and authenticate the app, you need to provide the following input:
Config Name - Provide a name for your configuration to identify which account you are connected to.
Domain- The domain of your Freshdesk Contact Center account.
API Key- The authorization token for this account. The API Key can be found under your profile settings in the Freshdesk Contact Center.
