‘Number of Reopens’ is a metric that gives the total number of tickets that have been reopened from a closed or resolved status. (Ticket Status changed back from Resolved/Closed to Open). Create a New Report with a widget choosing ''Tickets'' as the metric and enter ''Reopen Count'' and choose the option according to your requirement.
