When a customer creates a ticket they often add print screens in their ticket.
Most of the times these images are too little to read the text on it...
When we click on the image, it will not open a magnified version of it.
(like in some websites, you can click a picture/photo and then you get a bigger size of the image on the screen)
Is this a setting? or is there another solution to this?

Agreed, this has to be improved. For a web browser in Windows a workaround would be to zoom in, but in the Freshservice iOS app there is no such option - rendering an included screenshot mostly useless.
