Sync contact details with Azure AD

Hi, I'm considering moving from on-prem Spiceworks to Freshservice, but I'm concerned about lack of AD integration.

It's fairly basic, but if someone emails my FreshService service desk I want to know what their contact details are so I can get back to them. I have all those details in AD and Azure AD. Can FreshService auto provision user accounts created in AD (upon creation or on a schedule) via SCIM or other, so that when an agent pulls up a ticket it will have auto-populated the requester's details?
