Incident View

A few items I would like to see and has been suggested by many agents:

  1. Allow more than 30 incidents per page.
  2. Allow other options for sorting, such as requester, subject, etc.
  3. Allow grouping of items, such as Assigned To.
  4. Allow table view to allow column sorting.
