I would like the ability to target a specific CI, or a specific type of CI for reporting (eg: tickets logged based on a particular software package, all tickets linked to the CI type "software").
More powerful than categories, and will place categories where they should be - generic and simple use.
Scott, this is a very interesting use case! I can imagine that being able to report on the intersection between the Tickets and CI will be quite powerful. I am adding this to our feature backlog and will consider this feature when we take up any CMDB related reporting work.
