I am wondering why in freshservice we cannot put a company domain in so that tickets created from that domain are automatically tagged to that client?
This feature is available on FreshDesk. Will it come to Freshservice and if so when?
This functionality was very useful in Freshdesk. We're moving to Freshservice soon and would love to have this feature available. It will make company and user management much easier.
Just starting to evaluate FreshDesk vs FreshService and this is a must have as most tickets will start as an email... don't want to have to constantly manage contacts.
Is there any update or response to this?
