Can a feature be made to automatically email out a list of tickets each week to a person i.e. manager, so they have a summary of tickets to look through to see what is outstanding
Scheduling weekly reports of overdue tickets is one of the most common asks from customers. This can be achieved with custom reports for tickets along with the ability to schedule reports via email, which is currently under progress. We are working on shipping this feature by Q1 of 2016. I will keep you updated here. :)

Can I know setup these kind of notifications to an admin/manager to see report on overdue customer tickets?
