After the approval process when we export the tickets; there is no details about the approver; this is a much needed feature. Since the exported tickets doesn't have the details; we are having issues during the audit process; we are not able to explain to the auditors about this Freshservice limitation. I request you to add this feature asap.
Also, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to see what the approval request contained. You can see if it's been approved, but there's no audit trail for what was actually sent in the approval request.
Eric good point....can anyone from fresh service give a tentative release date for this feature?

This is imperative for us, would be great to get some feedback from FreshService if this is on their roadmap.
