To help you increase ServiceBot adoption among your employees, we've put together a small internal launch kit. You can use these online/offline to educate your employees about ServiceBot and its impact on the support experience.
The internal launch kit comprises of,
- Getting Started Guide - A two-page document that helps you understand the value of ServiceBot and get started immediately.
- Posters - Print the posters or circulate them via email/Slack to spread awareness about the ServiceBot
- Post it on General Channels - Post about ServiceBot on the #general channel in your Slack or Microsoft Teams account.
- Email banner- You can add the email banner to the acknowledgement email your employees raise a request from the self-service portal or when they send an email to the IT team. This will help them know about ServiceBot.
