The below mentioned shortcuts will come handy when you’re inside the Tickets module in Freshservice.

Move cursor to the previous ticket

Move cursor to the next ticket

Alt + right

Go to the next page

Alt + Left

Go to the previous page

Select the ticket(s)

Shift + x

Select all the tickets on the page


*You can select multiple tickets by moving the cursor to the tickets and pressing the ‘x’ key.


Once a ticket has been selected, you can use these shortcuts to perform actions like opening
the ticket or assigning the ticket to yourself.
