Filter Tags on Customer & Requester

I want to use Tags Filter on Customer & Requester. Could someone guide me to do that?

It would be a good move to remove Tags from the Solutions edit if it cannot be used.

Just a thought.


If we could add tags to the service item setup so we could use the filter in the ticket screen. Is this something that will be added soon?
