  2. Assets API is enabled to create, read, edit and delete the assets. You can view all the asset ci_type and its corresponding ci_type fields which will be useful for creating and editing the assets.

  1. Agent Collison - In ticket show page in the left side of 'sticky header' two icons show the count of other users viewing and replying to that ticket. On hovering over, it will display the agent names.
