A "create ticket" step in Scenario Automations
IT can receive tickets from users that also contains questions/tasks/problems that affcects other departments.
Now IT creates these tickets to those departments by manually adding a child ticket and copies the needed information from the ticket. Then deletes the parent-child relation as we don´t need the dependency between thoose.
This would be much easier and more effective to do in a Scenario. With a Create ticket step and the option to configure the tickets fields.
Would also be useful to have in the Workflow automation steps!
