Some (not all) of our clients are getting this error message when they try to open a support ticket.
Also, I cant seem to find a way to open a ticket with FreshDesk for this issue. Seems pretty silly, given what it is Freshdesk does, lol.
In any case, would like this issue looked at and resolved ASAP!!

At one point I thought this had been resolved? Its back again. Please let us know.
