We’re excited to bring versioning to our Knowledge Base module!
Knowledge Base managers can now see the history of changes made in an article, restore articles to a previous version, and can also have a working draft to the article which will be captured as a new version.
Here are a few benefits of article versioning:
Article versioning helps Knowledge Base contributors to create and maintain multiple versions of an article.
Knowledge Base contributors can create a new version of an article from any existing version.
All changes made will be stored as a new version of the article and the information in the existing article remains the same.
This feature will be available on the Pro & Enterprise plans
