Licensing changes - Estate to Pro

It looks like licensing SKUs quietly changed for everyone at the beginning of the month without any notification to existing customers. Estate and Forest were replaced with Pro and Enterprise and pricing went up across the board. Can we get an explanation of what changed and how 'Legacy/Classic' SKUs will be affected? I'm already noticing the absence of the Alert Management module in my Estate Admin settings.

Hi Paul,

The new pricing plans are effective for only new account signups from the date: Nov 2nd 2020. The existing accounts are still situated in the old plans and we have made no changes to the pricing yet.

We are working on migrating all existing customers to new pricing plans by the end of the first quarter next year. We will send notification emails and all the information via email before we make any changes.

However you can also reach out to your Account Managers or Customer Success Manager to upgrade/downgrade to the new pricing plan before that if required. All new features released on the 2nd of Nov are also available in new plans only. We will enable them for existing accounts when we migrate them to the new plans.

To answer your last query, if you had signed up for AMS beta, you will still have access to the feature in your current account. Let us know if there are any issues.

Please have a look at the new pricing FAQs for more details.
