In Freshservice I have an agent who reports that the actions associated with the next / previous ticket buttons are reversed. EG click next, go backwards. click previous, go forwards.
Has anyone else experienced this?
These buttons are configured to show the previous and next tickets as displayed in the current Ticket List View. So if you have a sort filter applied in your Ticket List View to display the tickets based on Created Date in Descending order, then when you click the next button in the ticket page it will navigate to the next ticket in the list view which was created before the current ticket. Therefore it will have a lower ticket ID.
Similarly if you sort the tickets in Ascending order, you will find that the next button leads to the newly created tickets. I hope that clarifies your queries.
