Can't search for child tickets using reference number

Its been noticed that when searching for existing tickets and trying to add them as a child, you can’t use reference number.  Instead you seem to have to search for the ticket using something that it is the subject line of the ticket you want to add.


The harder it is to find a ticket the less likely agents are to use this feature.  Please could you allow agents to search via reference numbers as well.
