VIP Pop Up

Hi, we receive several tickets from our VIP list and as we have a few Analysts that do not recognize the C-Levels it would be a great feature that when a ticket is created that when the analysts' views the ticket it pops up with a box to indicate VIP User or a custom message.


We do have the feature enabled for VIP (ticket is created = Urgent).
