"Star" Important Tickets

It would be nice to have a feature where we can click a button (like a star, although right now this is being used for Watchers) and it'll add it to an "Important" view, much like how emails have the option to tag emails as important or flag them for easy accessibility.

When the ticket is closed, it gets removed from that view as well.
