Restrict Service Request to Agents only

We are very new to Freshservice (only be using it for about 3 weeks).  We notice that a Service Request to be restricted so that it is only visiable to certain Contact Groups.

Is there a way we can restrict Service Request to certain Agent Groups?

We have a Service Request for a new server, but we only want this to be made visible to the IT Team not the whole organisation.
