I am looking for a way to automatically send a new user guide (word doc)via email, once a "create email account" task has been completed. I would like the email be sent to the new email account that was just created in the task that was closed.
We are in the process of building “Task Automations” as an upcoming native feature in Freshservice. However, I anticipate if we could automate in such a way that it will recognize an email in the Free-Text field of the task and then shoot out an email/document as you required.
