Hi everyone, I recently tried to reinstall the Discovery Agent on a user machine and this error returned when uninstalling the Old Agent, I try to uninstall as a machine administrator, I also tried to install a new version that can remove the previous one and it always returns this software error, could anyone help? Windows 10 x64 system;

The older version of the Discovery Agent has to be completely uninstalled from the system before you can attempt a new install of the latest version (Windows Agent v2.6.0). If you are not able to uninstall from the device directly, you can also try from your Freshservice portal.
