When viewing tickets, I'd like to see my open & pending tickets, and all tickets (assigned or not) in a group.
Is it possible to combine filters to do this? Or would agents need to flick between views?
We do not have the option to use logical conditions to create ticket filters in Freshservice. We have to create and monitor different ticket queues in such cases.
I shall raise a ticket on your behalf and pass it on to the Product team.
