Request for Change

Request for Change enables business users to raise changes and keep track of the progress of their changes. 


Key Advantages -

  1. Now key business users have access to raise change requests directly from the portal

  2. Change requesters can now keep tabs on the progress made within the change request and be notified about updates. They can also communicate additional information on the change artefact. Additionally, change implementors can also reach out to requesters incase they need more context regarding the change request.

  3. Change requesters can also add other stakeholders right within a change request

    Note: This will be available as a part of V2


Request for change capability will be available only on the Forest plan.

Will this eventually make it's way down to the Estate plan?

I also find it disappointing such a key feature is not part of the Estate plan as well as Forest... please reconsider this decision

Hi Everybody, Request for Change (RFC) capability is already available in the Forest plan. Based on your feedback, we have decided to make RFC available, OOTB, from the Estate plan (existing and new accounts) in the next 2 weeks.
