Would it be possible to fully enable Rich Text in tickets so notes and replies can be customised by the agents.
I have seen a number of requests to have a more robust text editor for all text areas throughout Freshservice. To me this a necessity, as documentation is paramount in overall customer service. I also have noticed a lack in response from the support staff in this area. I truly appreciate all the enhanced features coming into freshservice over the last year but can we please get some focus on making the already existent features better based on user feedback? Hoping for a response, and would love to see this on the Roadmap real soon!

Yes, we've received similar requests from other customers too, and we are planning to enhance our Text editors. We are still in early stages, but I shall post an update once we formulate a concrete plan for the enhancement.
