I am having an issue i can duplicate every time. I just signed up and when i send an email to my forwarded address from one of my other domain emails that are hosted on godaddy O365. I dont get the auto Reply that a ticket is created, it does show up in Freshdesk and when i respond to the email in Freshdesk i never get the email in my inbox.
Now the weird part if i close the ticket then i get the email in my O365 inbox saying it is closed and if i reply to that then i can have a conversation back and forth and i receive all emails with no issues.
If i open up a ticket from my gmail address that works fine with no issues and i get the ticket created email and no issues talking back and forth.
