Being able to provide such drill downs is something that's not part of our near term roadmap. Though, we understand that such analysis could be helpful hence I am marking this post as "Deferred" for later. If we decide to pick it up, we would update it on the forums

It would be helpful if you could drill down on the individual totals for Helpful, Not Helpful, to see who left that feedback, drill down on Views or Inserted in Tickets to see which users took that action.
In this way I can look at which users didn't find an article helpful more closely by clicking through directly from the solution article listing screen.
