E-Mail Placeholders not usable - show stopper

Currently we have one portal for a large customer. The customer has multiple departments and now we have the problem that we only can do a 1:1 mapping between portal and department. This makes trouble with the placeholder " Portal specific Ticket URL" > the URL is only correct at one department which is associated with the portal. all other portal will see the xxx.freshservice.com URL. 


So please make a 1:N mapping or a hard coded value so we can set the Portal URL to fix value!
