Closure Rules for Incidents and Service Requests with Agent as mandetory

Hello, 


Thanks for sharing the Closure Rules for Incidents and Service Requests.


In addition to this, we are facing one issue, in some of the Tickets - Agent name is blank and agent can close the ticket. 


Due to which - during analysis, we are facing some issues / data is not proper. 


Hence request to consider and provide one more field "Agent" as selection in Closure Rules for Incidents and Service Requests.
