Introducing Members & Observers to Agent Groups

Agents can now be added as Members or Observers to a group in Freshservice! 

Members can collaborate with agents belonging to other groups by adding them as Observers and granting them access to tickets, assets, changes, and other action items owned by the group. 

This way, agents who require access to supervise tasks or gain information can contribute to the group’s purpose without disrupting the activities of the group’s core members.
