Ticket Created Field

When viewing All Tickets, the Created information only shows how many hours/days/months ago that the ticket was created.  It would be very helpful to see the actual date and time that the ticket was created, and also to be able to filter by that field.  I do see that it is possible to sort by Date Created, but again, it would be helpful to see the actual date, not just how long ago the ticket was created.

UPDATE:

I did find the Created Date in the List view (see below), but was not able to then see the Last Modified information, which I use often.

And although I can sort by Date Created (as mentioned in previous post) as well as Last Modified, I would like to be able to see the actual dates for both of these fields in the Card View.
