Filtering and reporting based on service items

Hi, we use only tickets, mainly, service requests for different units within the finance - as of now. We have many groups, many service items. One group may have several items. Is there a way to filter tickets by service item? Can we create reports, analytics, based on the service items? It is really important for us.

If you wish to run reports based on service items, 

  • Head to Reports > Analytics and click on New Report from the top right corner.  
  • Apply the filter 'Type is Service Request' followed by 'Service Item is (Name of the Service Item)'. You can then create additional filters to add the custom fields of your choice.
