Being able to remove specific tags when conditions are met would assist in improving ticket workflow through ticket filters and reporting.

Event: Ticket is Created > Action: Add Tag "Triage"
Condition: When Triage is performed (prioritised, grouped, assigned etc)
Action : Remove Tag "Triage".
