Workflow Automator - Child Tickets auto-assign to Parent Ticket Agent

Hello,


We have found that, on many of our tickets, we have sadly turned off the child ticket functionality because an automation of this sort is not yet available. 


Essentially we need something to the effect of:


Service Request is raised > if Service Request is "Child Ticket" > (associated child tickets) assign to agent - parent ticket agent
