It would be great if multiple questions could be added the cutomer satisfaction survey.
This would be helpful in improving the quality of specific services.
For example the survey could include questions like:
- How satisfied are you with the ticket resolution?
- How satisfied are you with the response time?
- How good was the voice quality?
