prevent from send replys

we need to prevent the freshservice to send mails to system accounts like an NAS or Switch or other systems by a administrative rule. we having much systems, which sending mails, but cannot recieve mails. our agents often try to send mails to systems like mentioned above by use the reply function. this creates no-delivery-mails and new tickets. so, with an administrativ rule, we would be able to stop this
