Does anyone know if it is possible to run a report from freshservice that tells me how many times the chat bot is being used or accessed by the end user?
It's currently not possible to run this report. I am adding this as an input to our backlog of features. Though whether & when we pick this up depends on certain other factors as well (feasibility, customer demand..)
If we are picking this up, I would update this thread :)
It would be useful to have a 'zero returns' report too, to see what people are searching for / asking and when no results are returned.
