SLA from customer view and hierarchy customer view

Hi, I was wondering if ZOHO allows customers to see their tickets, but most importante, see if SLAs are met or not.  Another question is if a customer A with a higher level of hierarchy than customers (B,C,D) can see their customer tickets along with his tickets.
