SLA breach actions

actually it is only possible to escalate a ticket by mail, in follow a SLA breach. but we would like to do other things, like add a watcher or reassign the ticket, or so on

nice too would be some conditions, example only a SLA breach for tickets, which are opened by a human. we also get tickets from IoTs, which not necessarily need a first responce
