to use mail notifications by more detail, we would like to trigger the default mail notifications by the workflow automator, so we would be able to decide, ob a agent or customer gets a mail or not by multiple conditions
You can create a workflow to use the action of: Send Email to Requester.
Just copy the notification template email into the action.

but now, i have to change the signature or design in every workflow, where im sending mails, because of this, i want to trigger the default notifications. Another advantage: the language problem would be natively resolved
