It would be useful to have functionality to bulk update tasks assigned to a ticket
As an example, we have scenarios which create a number of tasks. Once the tasks are created, the agent has to go into each task individually and update the assigned to, due dates.
If would be useful to be able to select some or all the tasks and update these details in one step.
This would be a useful feature for us also. Currently I have noticed a bug where when you add a task and select group and agent during creation, then immediately go to add a new task, the group and agent is auto selected to what you used last. This is really nice except it does not work. It creates the task with empty fields for group and agent. Then you have to go back in and modify each task. It would be easier to do bulk task management because often times you create several tasks for the same person or group.
