Release Notes - 23 May 2019


  • Gantt Chart: Project owners and Project portfolio managers can now visualize the overview of all/respective projects they own in their organization against a timescale. More info on this here.
    1. Timeline view: This view displays all the projects against a linear timescale, representing the project duration, current status and whether it is critical/overdue or not.
    2. Gantt View: This view represents the tasks, its sub-tasks, task status and their dependencies against a linear timescale.

  • Clone Asset App: Now Asset Managers can create copies of an asset in one go with the Clone Asset App. They can also at the same time change unique attributes such as Display Name, Asset Tag and serial number for every copy. Check here for any further info.

  • Workflow Automator: There are two new placeholders added to the placeholders section for the workflow automator
    1. Last Approval Name -{{approval.last_approver_name}}
    2. Approval Comments - {{approval.comments}}


  • Tickets: When users clicked attachments from ticket replies they were redirected to the support home page instead of showcasing the attachment in a new tab. This is now fixed.

  • Dashboard: For users that used the IE browser the delete icon was not visible for widgets. This is now fixed.

  • CSAT Surveys: Extremely large smileys were displayed to some of the Outlook Clients. This is now fixed.

  • CSAT Surveys: For a few requester emails, all the survey responses were automatically recorded as “Not good”. This is now fixed.

  • CSAT Surveys: For ticket surveys were requesters were yet to respond, the exported survey results had shown otherwise where a neutral response was recorded. This is now fixed.
