I am trying to embed the freshchat widget onto the portal for fresh service. But I can't seem to get the codes to work wherever I put them.
Has anyone been able to get this widget to run, and can you point me as to which sections in the portal the two required codes need to be added.
I will have one of the support reps to reach you over a ticket.
This might need a support Rep's help to have the widget placed in the right area.
Would be interested in testing this function as well.
