Ticket Reporting/Search - Ticket created by a specific group or agent


We just started to roll out Freshservice

We would like to report on the number of ticket created by a specific group

We need this kind of KPI for billing purpose, specifically for external partner

At first, it seems that it is possible to search by requestor, but not by creator

Is it something we missed or is it a missing features ?
